GIRLS Program Info

School program lacrosse is played in both the fall (late August - early November) and spring (mid January - early May).  The spring season is considered the official/League season, which means the season itself is longer, there are more games played and for the high school level, the spring season results in possible District or State playoffs.

Lacrosse is not currently a UIL sport, however, that is subject to change as it continues it’s rapid growth in Texas.

A wealth of information about lacrosse can be found on the USA Lacrosse website such as the basics of the game (boys vs girls), the rules, the equipment required, safety, etc.   Please be sure to take a look if you are new to the sport.

Girls who live in the Lucas/Fairview area and/or attend Lovejoy ISD or area private schools such as LCA are eligible to play.  Girls that live in the surrounding areas of Wylie, Murphy, St. Paul and Princeton are also eligible to play as long as their home residence is not zoned to Rockwall ISD or Plano ISD.   Girls that are home schooled and live in these areas are also eligible.

LLLC follows all TGHSLL and TGYLL boundary rules.  Please contact the appropriate Girls Team Level Board VP with any eligibility questions.

Fall 2023 registration is OPEN!

After registering, you will receive a welcome email indicating what your athlete’s uniform number will be.  (When assigning uniform numbers, we take into consideration the number preference you noted on the registration form, however, if the number is already being utilized by another athlete, we will work with you to determine a new one.)
